Jeffrey A. Black

Jeff joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1994.  Jeff is a lifelong resident of the Olean area and an Olean High School Graduate.  Mr. Black obtained his Bachelor of Science from St. Bonaventure University in 1990 and graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law (Penn State) in 1993.  While in law school he was a member of the Dickinson Law Review and his case note was published.  He was also a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.  Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Black was admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New York.  He is also admitted to practice law in the Western District of Pennsylvania and in the Western and Southern Districts of New York.

Ethan M. Lyle

Ethan joined the firm in August of 1999.  He is a long-time resident of Sheffield, Pennsylvania and much of his family lives in northwestern Pennsylvania.  Mr. Lyle graduated from Lock Haven University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and then went on to attend The Dickinson School of Law, graduating in 1999 with a Juris Doctorate.  Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Lyle has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New York.  He is also admitted to practice law in the Western District of Pennsylvania and in the Western District of New York.

Kevin M. Habberfield

Kevin joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2008 and became an equity partner in 2011.  Kevin was born and raised in Scio, New York and is a Scio Central School Graduate.  Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Brockport and graduated cum laude from law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Mr. Habberfield is admitted to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania.  He is also admitted to practice law in the Western District of New York.
